Research and Development
We are current performing pre-clinical research for three applications:
- The use of the Pharmefex™ in delivery of doxorubicin (Pharmefex™+DOX) for treatment of mesothelioma.
- The use of the Pharmefex™ in delivery of dacarbazine (Pharmefex™+DTIC) for treatment of melanoma.
- The use of the Pharmefex™ in delivery of siRNA and shRNA.
We recently received a $200k grant from NIH to research the use of
Pharmafex™ in siRNA delivery and hope to begin clinical trials in 2010.
